"call no. 374023: k. Natarajan, technician who came to service leakage of water in washing machine at thanjavur on 12-1-18 replaced a damaged tube for rs.50/- and collected service charge of rs.350/-. But the machine became inoperative. I. E., we have paid rs.400/- for the machine which was functioning but only leaking to become non functional. The machine is not only inoperative but also the water stored in it could not be let out as the control panel is not functioning such a bad service is not expected from a popular company. When this was complained to the service center at kumbakonam from 12th evening they did not send any one to attend to it, inspite of repeated representations made by phone to phone nos. Of the service center viz., [protected] and [protected]. Hence i request that the machine be made functional immediately for the cost already made. There is no proper response from the customer care also. Hence this complaint."
Though the above complaint made on 13-1-18, mathivanan, serviceman came from kumbakonam service centre on 17-1-18 only but not serviced fully and so the machine did not work. The next day again complained about it and sakthivel attended to it on 19-1-18 and made it working. Again it did not work today and water in the tub went out. Then requested sakthivel over phone again to set it right. He found that for just replacing a small bit of tube natarajan who serviced on 12-1-18 instead connected the wires haphazardly and made the machine non functional for a week making it to be serviced again and again.
