[Resolved] Goibibo.com — Refund not received for Pnr B51GXC SEKV2R | |||
Hi team, I have booked 2 tickets on 06 jan 2015 using goibibo.com with Pnr B51GXCB51GXC and SEKV2R.spicejet cancelled this flight from their end. As per process i should have receive complete refund because flight i selected is refundable. I log complaint and I received the amount for one pnr but not received for second pnr. I wrote to goibibo.com with complaint no 157403 and 188310. But there is no positive response from goibibo.com Also customer care not allowed to talk to executives very frustrating experience with goibibo.com Was this information helpful? | |||
