[Resolved] Goibibo — Money has been deducted by bank twice but transaction was successful once | |||||
Money was deducted twice but transaction was successful only once. Indian Bank is stating it's goibibo's fault and goibibo is stating it's Indian Bank's fault.I booked a flight and the flight didn't get book and money was deducted. Indian Bank is stating that the money has been taken by goibibo whereas goibibo is stating it has been dropped by us. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Nov 27, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved The money was refunded to my account and I got the full payment. The company made a call regarding this. But there is one thing that I want to highlight that a person asked me my phone number through message in consumer forum stating that he is from goibibo and asked me details of my ATM card. customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
