Goibibo.com — Bus booking cancelled by operator without intimation | |||
I have made a booking for Rishikesh to New Delhi for 3 passengers. All of them were girls(my cousins) who have came from abroad for trip to Rishikesh. The booking was for 3 seats in an Innova operated by Harish Tours and Travels. The passengers confirmed the timing from the pickup point from operators contact number mentioned in booking confirmation. Even we got reminder from GoIbibo to reach on time at the pick up point. And at the last moment after waiting for 2 hours we were told that booking is cancelled. It was such a great shock to my cousins as they were alone in the morning 6.30 a.m. at the pick up point. After that they have to book a private vehicle from Rishikesh to Delhi as they have got flight back to Mumbai from delhi which they cant afford to miss. Goibibo customer helpline is so pathetic that their are no option to raise the complain or talk with their executives.
