Goibibo.com — Money not refunded after cancellation-Horrible services/no customer support service | |||
I cancelled my flight with spicejet that I booked using goibibo app. Spicejet confirmed that they have refunded the money to goibibo. But I have not received the money yet. I have also raised a ticket for same but no action taken by the goibibo team. Why do you have a business when you can not provide customer support. I have tried every way possible but not able to contact goibibo or talk to their executives. Disappointed. Once I get my money back, no looking back at goibibo. I have asked spicejet to give me the transaction details. Once I receive the details, I am taking it to the consumer court. I feel my rights have been violated to an extent now.
