Goibibo.com — Non-refund of the flight tickets cancelled

I had the flight bookings done on 31st March, 2015 and due to the change in the timings of the airline I had cancelled the flight tickets on 22nd April, 2015. The cancellation amount of the tickets was not yet credited to my account as yet and this leaves me with a feeling that I should never use goibibo site in future. The booking id is NSGX128GR and my mail id used for the booking / registered with goibibo is [protected]@rediffmail.com. Kindly help me in securing the refund without any further delay?
