Good Mineral Ro — No show even after 15 days of complaint after taking amc

Hi,

I had taken amc (Annual maintenance) from "good ro mineral, #4, yallukunte, magammanapalya, bommanahalli, bangalore, pin code:560068" on 3rd of april.

As per their technician, uv & carbon filters in my kent ro are not working. They promised me to replace those within couple of days.

But it has been 15 days now and no one has yet turned up.
I have called them at least 20 times since then an every time they say that technician will come but still no show.

My son had fallen sick due to bad quality of water we are getting from kent at present.

Office front desk told that the manager, nagesh, is out of town and they have no idea when will he be back. Nagesh, is not reachable on his cell phone since last 10 days. Also, the behaviour of the front desk girls, geeta & seema, has been misleading and their attitude towards customers if horrible.

This poor service is highly unacceptable from this centre. With this they are spoiling the name of kent as a brand.
Need strict action against this service centre.

Hope that someone is listening and care about kent's image and get my issues rectified on immediate basis.
