Good Mineral Ro — Worst service and response

Hi... I am using kent ro..15 days before kent ro stopped working, then i asked good mineral ro company which provide service for kent for service. Technician came and without identify problem, he changed uv lamp, ro filter and some other thing and charged 4150 rs. Next day again kent ro stopped working, then again i called same technician. He told he will come but he didnot come. I called to good mineral company also several times. Then they send one more person.. He cut some wires and rectify problem.. But again within 1 hour, kent stopped working. Again i called company several times.. Then they send one more person. He told we have to change entire wiring. So i will do it tomorrow. But tomorrow never come. Also nobody lifting phone. So what i should do now.
I don, t want service.. I want my money back... Please do needful
