Hi... I am using kent ro..15 days before kent ro stopped working, then i asked good mineral ro company which provide service for kent for service. Technician came and without identify problem, he changed uv lamp, ro filter and some other thing and charged 4150 rs. Next day again kent ro stopped working, then again i called same technician. I called up kent customer care and they have no information about it and said that this centre is not authorized by kent.

This service centre has proper kent stamp on the invoice they give and also have a tin number mentioned.

I had taken amc (Annual maintenance) from "good ro mineral, #4, yallukunte, magammanapalya, bommanahalli, bangalore, pin code:560068" on 3rd of april.

As per their technician, uv & carbon filters in my kent ro are not working. They promised me to replace those within couple of days.

But it has been 15 days now and no one has yet turned up.
I have called them at least 20 times since...
