My car has running of around 3600 km total. I changed my tyre and use new stapny provided after 2000 km. While travelling in city new tyre got busted in a week. I complained Goodyear customer care they assigned spokesman nearest to my area. After duscussing the issue with him and sharing all photos he promised me to provide replacement after seeing my total running and tyre condition. So I send my broken tyre by transport to nearest tata service center which is around 200 km from my area and he eventually rejected my claim made by tata service team on my behalf. When I called him again he said he is going to arrange 50%claim in next 30 min and never pick my phone again. In addition to loss of tyre he make me to loose extra 500 rs for transport and my time also. I was going to cover the same in my car insaurane but believing him I decided not to claim it there.
