Goodyear Tyre — Swollen tyre

Few day's back i noticed that my front tyre has developed a bubble. I contacted my dealer, to which they told me to contact Good year dealer.
Good year engineer inspected the tyre and told me that the car been used in road and probably went over a bump because of which the thread of the tyre broke from inside and the tyre developed a bubble. and this is not a manufacturing defect. This is not for the first time within a months time my two tyre's have been cracked.

I drive in Chandigarh city, roads over here are smooth. The compound used is of low quality thats why they could not take normal pressure and broke resulting in forming of Bubble in my tyre. Engineer which inspected the tyre don't have sense to talk with the customer and was arguing with me that you do whatever but i will not replace your tyre. Replace my tyre.

I Amit Babulal Shah - Residing at Ahmedabad - I have already complaint to your company at Faridabad on dt.25/11/2010 but till today I have non receipt of reply from your side,

I have pur.Honda City Card from Ahmedabad with Goodyear Tyre after 20, 000 kms tyre is rejection position found and company non reply.

I complained on 07/03/2013 on your customer care no. [protected] regarding manufacturing defect in my all the tyres purchased with Wagon R car on 09/05/2011. All the tyres have been d shaped which was inspected on 09/03/2013 by your eng./inspector, but I am not satisfied with the inspection and requesting you to do the re inspection for the same.

I called so many times on Telephone no.[protected] for the same but unfortunately no one picked up the phone.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible into this matter and confirm the inspection date by return mail.

I have purchased Honda city car from APCO Honda Malappuram, Kerala 0n 29//04/ 2016 with Goodyear tyre. When I was on the way ( NH 47) to my home in the midnight of 09/07/2016, my car's driver side front tyre broken. At that time, My car ran only 3900 Km after delivery. I called many times on 11//07/16 on your customer care number [protected] but nobody listen the complaint. Hence I am worrying about how can drive this vehicle with Goodyear tyre for long journey. Hence I request you to replace the tyre as soon as possible and take needful action to improve the quality and to protect customer's right.
