Govt Employee — Reducing the loan amount after sanctioned letters provided

Dear Sir I am old customer with LICHFL with loan no [protected].Last month i received a call from Bathinda office employee Mr Sandeep that offered me further housing loan for any purpose.After their offer, i told him that i can take further housing loan only if he can provide me Rs 25 lac housing loan.After this and checking my eligibility he promised me that you can provide me loan of 25 lac and said to me contact at the phone no [protected] and complete your documentation. I contacted at this number and this person get completed the documentation of the loan as per his instructions from me. To complete this documentation i have to spent approximately 10000 rupees. After this documentation i got sanctioned letters of two loans of 10 lac and 15 lac, total 25 lac as he promised and i desired. After signing the sanctioned letters of these loans mr Sandeep and Manager of the Bathinda office confirmed me you got sanctioned letters of the loan so that now your loan is 100 per cent clear.So after their confirmation i made a transaction of this amount with somebody and gave token money of rs 50000. But when now i have to make the payment to the party i got a call from Mr Manager that your loan amount is reduced from 25 lac to 19 lac.He said that your 15 lac loan is reduced to 9 lac.Due to this reduction of loan amount after sanctioned letters and promise of 25 lac to 19 lac, i have to lose my token money because i could not manage the short amount so that i have to lose my token money and documentation charges and suffered so much hassling and mental disturbance due to their (Manager and Sandeep) faults. As per their promise and sanctioned letter i got deceived from them financially and mentally. I have spent rs 10000 on documentation and i have also get lost of 50000 Rs with that i have made agreement after your promise and sanctioned letter. So i now request you please get compensate me for this loss that i suffered from due to Bathinda Branch (Punjab) of LICHFL.
