We have purchased the package for 6 year. They promise for 6 days holidays per day, now they says you have to pay 1700 per night for couple which was a first step of fraud which was not told before. Same thing was available in make my trip. Even they bought it from make my trip. It was told that only train booking is done by the client rest they will provide... Practically they said it was the mis statement, we have not understand the rules...

Hi we have purchased package and we paid 125k in full amount one swipe, we use to get movie tickets and all suddenly this fraud company implement new techniques that our servers are down we can't book any tickets till it will resolve firstly we know this is fraud company atleast we were getting movie and dinner tickets now they are not even giving that so that means our money and we have to beg them for services this is tottaly rediculous...

I have taken the membership last year october. First they made all fake promises like emi conversion of the payment, which was not done. Now i have been trying to avail holidays for the first time and they are avoiding me since 3 months.

Grand tourio is a company which calls you for gift and offers tour package. Vinod, sahali and harish negi are from thane branch sales team mentions the offers which is then denied after taken money from people. When we tried to book the tickets muzammil from reservation team says we don't offer this service.
