The promotional call has been received from them on 17th July and I have opted for 3+1 yea membership. I opted for cancelling of their service on very second day and till date I had not received any constructive response. I had lodged a complaint to consumer portal, then through online legal help but they are not buzzed. THEY HAD POLICY OF 10 DAYS CANCELLATION WINDOW STILL DID NOT PROCESS MY REQUEST.
The mental trauma I am going through is immesurable. All i had requested is to process my refund of 52000/-
