I am writing to you regarding an issue that I have been facing with grand Vivanta vacations pvt LTD.
I had enrolled as an active customer to their services on 26/09/2022 and had received an acknowledgment for the same as well.
I had opted for a particular service from their company namely, the ‘Premium Package’ with item code being ([protected]).
Being interested in such service, I had duly paid the amount for the service being 1, 60, 000/- on 25/09/2022 and had received the receipt for the same as well.
However, after attempting to book a vacation with a stay at a particular hotel, I have not received proper information or communication from the end of the company.
I had wished to book a particular hotel out of a choice of three provided by the company. I had duly chosen and communicated my choice as well on 29/09/2022. The company had assured me that I would be receiving a confirmation voucher the next day, which I did not receive till 5th October. After serving them a legal notice they sent me the vouchers of hotel booking of their collaborations. At the hotel, i was informed they donot have any collaboration with grand Vivanta, the booking was done through Agoda.
To my utter shock and dismay, the company has stopped responding to my queries. I was told that i will be getting the discount of 40% on food but there is no MOU with the hotel.
I have further requested that the money be returned to me since the company has failed to provide the promised service and I no longer wish to avail the services of this company. Shockingly, such requests have not been responded to either. Was this information helpful? | 
Working in this company are non professional. They (Neha, Arun, Ritu, Aftab, Suraj, Abhijeet, Mukesh, Ananya, Sudhir, Megha, Mahender, Pankaj, etc) are big ### and cheaters.. such people must be punished in public.
