I got a call from Grand Vivanta Vacations Pvt Ltd. All the promises made by the Company saying I am invited to get free vouchers for a couple movie ticket and free 3N/4D stay in any hotel in India, have been found to be false and fake, including the Gift Voucher and movie tickets. They have invited at the venue at Trident Hotel, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 11th of September. There it was a big hall with multiple sales person and a manager with suites like officers who managing all fraudulent activities, it was just a nice an acting environment where noise sounds are there, people are getting motivated and they(GVV sales person: Ashish Mishra and others ) offered us like you are giving heaven to us with lots of promises.

At that time they also promised me GVV will return and refund whole(Total amount refund) money to me if i cancel this policy and agreement within 45 days.

Also you have promised to give the best services and packages in the India and outside of India also.

So after that on the basis of two promises I have taken the package cost 70, 000 planned for my vacation, I contact to that sale person (Aashish Mishra) who promised me heaven now talked with me like he is very busy can't talk with me anymore, i need to send the mail to Vacations email .

So I sent email but it's very bad response and never got any resolution, no one cares what i have faced, because i have to book air tickets and for some places, i have attached that vacation mail also you can see the response.

I talked with so called Mr Aftab who again try to trap me and given another offer that if i face again same problem then there is a full amount refund. This person is also doing fraud and cheating people with all the customers, they do big big promises and never do that again.

The customer support is worst as it is, Very bad response and no queries will be resolved .

Still my email didn't get any response from them and the talked with the head of sales person also he is like a fraud and cheater, so I feel like everyone is cheating in this company so i found in internet that other people also cheated by GVV and team. I have struggled a lot with you people to get my full refund.

And I have got to know it's a big chain of people by the name of giving vacation plans taking lots of money from us, it's like we can be cheated but we can't do anything as we have signed their fraudulent agreement. So I believe that agreement should not be valid documents where you have taken signature without showing the written statements. So its a fraud case you have taken the signature on that document fraudulently so it's an invalid document.

I have all the Evidence with me.

Points to be noted:

Brief Details of services promised by company:
1. Sales manager mentioned that there will be no EMI after the payment of 70000 package amount .
2. There will be full refund if I cancel this policy within 45 days but they didn't mention any cancellation policy which has mentioned in their fake agreement.
3. The free nights (5night 6days will be with lunch and Dinner(not the package nights).
4. I will be getting lunch or dinner during any birthday or wedding anniversary.
5. Clothing voucher worth 10, 000 supposed to be shared.
6. My EMI conversion of 3years interest will be bared by company.
7. Flight Charges and Cab facilities are 30% deduction in every packages.

Details of Denial of service:
1. They have denied to give any services and while cancellation, they are showing me the cancellation policy which is like 32% deduction and 32% admin charges included.
2. They have denied to give the above promised which was made at the time of joining.

Any Other Details regarding the complaint:
I have investigated and found that there some other people are also victim of this fraudulent activities made by Grand Vivanta Vacations Pvt Ltd employees.
On the name of Vacation policies they are looting crores of people’s money in terms of taking the signature on invalid and unauthenticated documents.
Please do take some action against it and please Return our hard earned money.
