I brought new 2 burner gas stove of greenchef brand, while cooking on it the the glass top of the stove blasted.. Luckely our family escaped from a gas fire... Very poor quality product.. This product is dangerous to the life of the person who are using it.. I am going to complaint on cunsumer cel.. Photos are uploaded. Glass top is very poor quality.. Very dangerous to life.....

I'm brought new indecution cooker 15 days before but it not working bust sound came after that it will not on.

Your product is not capable for indian system if other local brand working with out any broblem 2 years but your product is not working at least one month cooking time bust sound came inside your product after that it will not working pls help us to replace with you new products....

We purchased green chef 3 burner glass cooktop gas stove from the dealer on 5/11/2017. From the day i have been using this stove i smell gas leakage from the left side. The service fellow had come but did not solve the problem. He said everything is fine and our gas cylinder must be empty and that is the reason.
But our gas was just delivered in the month end of october. I am very dissapointed after experiencing such poor quality service....

After a month of purchased above problem arise and it is solved by your customer care service. Now the same complaint is continuing. So please replace the stove. I have bought greenchef pressure cooker 3 and 5 litres respectively from dmart. From day 1 there was fault in cooker the pressure wont b maintained in the cooker and the pressure leaks from surrounding areas. After given for replacement with dmart they changed the rubber and gave it to me even after that the issue was not resolved. Product from green chef is totally ######## don't ever buy this product and suffer...

Bought this gas stove 1 year 4 months back (may 2015) from spar.
Have had the following problems since then

1. august 2015 - the glass top came off from the frame: registered a complain, the technician came and replaced the frame
2. october 2015 - one of the four stand (on which the stove rests) came off, the rubber base is loosely kept in position to ensure balance while using it: registered complain but not...

Gas Stove 4 Burner stove purchased from Big Bazaar 2 years old .
3 burners are not working thou their is no problems with the Knobs.Everytime we clean and fix it works for 2 days and again it doesn't work from the 3rd day.

Repair/Replacement needed

Could anyone take this issue on high priority and solve this

Purchased 3 burner stove on 9th Nov 2015 at SPAR Hypercity, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Within 15 days Left knob has a gas leakage sometimes it catches fire. Please fixed the problem ASAP. Call me on [protected] for further details....

I have purchased 3 burner glasstop gas stove on 30/8/2015 and using it since one month with in a week center burner nob came out and one of the big burner is not working when kept in swimmer. I am unable to use the stove due to gas leakage.
