Gsrtc — i have booked ticket. and traveling time further purchase ticket

I booked online ticket from reliance to ahmedabad slipper but not coming slipper but coming 2*3 and asked conductor your booked ticket is not valid .Same problem return ahmedabad both time i purchase to reliance and I parches both time new ticket so pal's refund my booked ticket.
