Gsrtc — Ladies seat allotted to Male customer | |
I am travelling from Baroda to Ahmedabad in GSRTC Volvo 8:00am bust seat no.1 thru PNR No.G8873880. Your Bus No. J01DV0348. Seat No.1 & 2 are supposed to be ladies seat, but to my shock and surprise seat no.2 is allotted to a male customer from the ticket window at Baroda bus station. This male customer has bought his ticket himself from the ticket counter. How pathetic is this???? Seriously, your ticket window staff is either blind or in deep sleet that he/she can't see that he was a male customer and how come they issued a ticket to him???? Disgusting this is. And your driver also was not courteous enough to ask this male member to change his seat through out the journey though it was mistakenly allotted. Was this information helpful? | |

I have bitter experience at Vadodara Volvo reservation counter. Staff was really impolite and rough enough when I asked the guidance for the schedule and complained delay schedule of Volvo bus.
In past I had experienced worst services from Intercity - Reservation Window, Opp Railway Station due which I shifted from Intercity
to Volvo. But I was astonished to see similar and arrogant behaviour at Volvo Counter too. Basically, I think all of the employees of State Transport consider that as they are Government service.
