GTPL Broadband — Upgradation of plan to fiberoptic one | |||||
Dear sir/madam, i have gtpl broadband connection, nagarajan55, and i have upgraded my plan to 50 mbps one which is fiberoptic connection on january 01, 2021, and made payment through icici bank cheque, #798957. they informed me that the cable at my residence will be changed to fiberoptic one within 7 days. it has been more than 1-1/2 months now, but still they have not done that. in fact, gtpl dp box itself is at my residence for the last 4--5 years, and they said they will waiver off fiberoptic cable charge as a courtesy, but still they have not changed the cable to fiberoptic one. i have tried to contact them through in all ways to solve this issue with no result. i have emailed many times to their [protected]@gtpl.net, through their my gtpl app, as well as through their gtpl office in, khokra, ahmedabad, but the result is same with no solution. they always say the issue will be solved within 24-48 hours, but they just simply close down the tickets in app after that without solving the issue. i have attached all the screenshots of my plan detail, my payment detail, email correspondences, as well as sms details. please do the needful. thank you. regards, p. nagarajan Was this information helpful? | |||||
