[Resolved] GTPL — Delay in getting New GTPL Cable Connection | |||
Sir, I am Girish J. Soni residing at D-50, Sarvodayanagar Society Part-2, Nr. Sola Crossing, Sola Road, Ahmedabad 380061. Presently, I am holding TATASKY connection for my TV and I would like to switch over to new GTPL connection. I have been requesting the operator in my Society for the last 8 to 10 months to get me new connection but he is not paying any attention to my request under one or other pretext like set up box is not available, etc. etc. Every week he has been promising that in this week I will get the connection and accordingly I am renewing my TATASKY connection which I am not satisfied with it. I have found that users with GTPL connections are very happy with its performance and hence I was inspired to switch over to GTPL from TATASKY but I am sorry to say that I am not getting new GTPL connection inspite of my repeated requests.
