[Resolved] GTPL — UNRESOLVED SLOW INTERNET SPEED ISSUE AFTER PLAN MIGRATION | |||
Our userID is pavansgroup. We've been using GTPL since more than 8 months. Earlier we used plan of 1Mbps and which was running smooth and internet worked very well for 6 months. After that we migrated plan to 2Mbps and paid for 7 months. After plan migration internet isn't working properly and we're unable to open websites. Page keeps loading and speed is totally disappointing. Even my 2G mobile internet works better than their proclaimed 2Mbps internet! We've called to customer care executive several times and received predefined 24 hours notification messages everytime. Screenshot of complaints: http://screencast.com/t/mYFJIqGJS1o Apart from all the requests, technician came to our office ONLY ONCE and even he saw that internet speed varies a lot. Sometimes it goes to 2Mbps and next second it goes down to 1Mbps. I'm not sure what kind of benefit they are actually offering to the customers on name of higher plan(In fact speed is always down as compared to what we used earlier on LAN)? Hathway internet works very well and we're using it as our primary internet connection. We're using GTPL as a secondary internet connection when Hathway goes down but unfortunately we couldn't take any advantage of GTPL connection nowadays and it affects a lot on our daily business. If this issue will continue, we'll have to seek for refund, cut relation with GTPL permanently and look for other reliable services. Was this information helpful? | |||
