I bought Chimney curve 60 from Hafele just about 7 months back .I have recieved a faulty product.I bought it from Kohinoor Andheri West.I am so pissed off with Hafele service.There have been multiple technician visits and is of no use because of censor button is faulty. After 50 calls and long trouble they visited and exchanged my product on January 2023, and again the product is having same issue and not resolved...I haven't used this product a single time, I want to return the product and get my money back.
Please resolved my issue as soon as possible
If my problem is not solved, then I will go to the media and play Hafele's band. This is my last warning, otherwise it will not be good. Please take your customer seriously. Was this information helpful? |
