Hathway Broad Band Chennai — non installation of router and activation | |||||
I r sundara raghavan with registered mobile number [protected] and a resident of b.306, sidharth upscale madanandapuram, kunrathur road, chennai - 600125; applied for hathway broadband and submitted my kyc documents and q punjab national bank cheque for rs.1398/-. This amount of rs.1398/- has already been debited from my savings account (Punjab national bank). But even. After 10 days of my payment the router has not been installed and the functionaries involved in the process of giving us a broadband connection have not provided us the router and so also the login password etc and it's activation. Nothing has been done so far.. I fail to understand as to why such delay is taking place in my case. My repeated requests with the local customers care officials has not yielded any result.
