Dear sir/madam,

I want to confirm about how much installation charges and speed for the limited plans of your gtpl broadband connection?

I am from bareja nagar - 382425.

Here "shriji internet service" provider charged 3500₹ (Include installation + wifi router 1000₹).

And also they are saying limited plan have upto 12 mbps speed. Where on your gtpl official site i didn't see any thing like this type of plans. I have attached an image they provided.

Please let me know
1) how much installation charge normally gtpl charged for customers?

- i have investigate in ahmedabad (Paldi, vasna, naroda) area and they are not charged a single rupee for installation. So why at bareja they are taking ₹3500 as installation charges?

2) i have attached a photo for the limited plans. Please check and let me know its true or fake?

Dear associate,

the company has 5 connection and still being strive have proper connectivity and speed many hours a day. Reported many times and still not satisfied with the services.

Hello,

GTPL Gandhinagar have a very bad service.

I have generated request 329720 for transfer of internet.

Both location are near by and both have a connectivity.

They are doing nothing from a week. I am doing daily call. But they are giving just execuse and told me we are taking its urgent. But still no output.
