Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — Harassing customers deliberately by disconnecting the service | |||
This is in regards to my complaint which i lodged with gtpl broadband services. My userid is tinwala2013. My internet connection keeps shutting off frequently and i had registered a complaint for the same; for which request id is 1233298. Now here is my concern. In last week same as usual my internet was not working for 4 days continuously. Then it got started after sending lot of emails and calling thousand of times to customer care people. They are so illiterate and duffer that they don't even know how to resolve the complaint. Then again after 2 days they deliberately cut off my connection. It started again and they asked for my confirmation on email that it has started. I did that too. And as soon as they got my confirmation, they again deliberately disconnected my internet. They always do this; as soon as they get my confirmation they deliberately disconnect my connection without any reason. They are literally harassing us by doing such cheap and awkward things. I have paid them a good amount to use their internet service and then also they are unable to provide the required service and satisfy their customers up to the mark. And they have the worst people as their telecallers. They are so useless that they don't even get how to and where to resolve this matter. Don't know on what basis they hire such useless employees. I am writing it to consumer forum and i request you to please take a strict action against gtpl broadband and i also request you to cancel their license due to such pathetic and disgusting service. They don't deserve to run such company and should not allow to cheat customers by fetching money and not providing services. I hope to get my issue resolved on a priority basis and i would appreciate if gtpl gets a strict notice from dot or required authority. Regards, Shahnawaz. Was this information helpful? | |||

Net service provider GTPL has taken annual fee 3 days back and told that connection will be given within 3hrs but no personal from gtpl attending complaints.
I have given many reminder but no action so far till the time.

why are you not taking same rent in same city? i pay different rent and next to my area people different rent. this is one network than how's it possible? and why are you not given payment receipt?30%
