Hathway — internet speed downgraded before using FUP data

Then again I call'd yesterday evening again my call was routed to GOPI customer care person again I explained the same thing and he promised me that I will get call tomorrow morning before 10 and problem will be resolved. but till now I did not received any call. > > I never expected this kind of service form Hathway.
