NON REPAYMENT OF Rs 5 LAKH FD and INTEREST by HELIOS AND MATHESON INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LTD Pls note that the company, Helios and Matheson Information Technology Ltd, has bounced & dishonoured the term deposit maturity cheque of Rs 500000 /- (Rupees Five Lakh), dtd 29 May 2015 (HDFC Bank a/c) w.r.t TDR No. FDB014004. The interest cheque of Rs 11059/-, dtd 29 May 2015 (HDFC Bank a/c) has also bounced & been dishounered. It is to be noted that the previous interest cheque of Rs 13635 /-, dtd 16 March 2015 (HDFC Bank a/c) was also dishonoured DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. Request you to kindly take the matter forward, and help me receive all the mentioned overdue interest and principal amounts.
