I have pack of 30 mbps and only 1 user is connected and 1 TV with firestick through wifi but one phone is not also not loading properly. After complaining since 5 days regularly they say wifi is working we can see, but there are no engineers coming for checking the wires n all. Pathetic services they provide. They literally dont care about customers, they just gives false hopes. Guys please don’t use homenet instead buy dongle that is much better Was this information helpful? |
