I have pack of 30 mbps and only 1 user is connected and 1 TV with firestick through wifi but one phone is not also not loading properly. After complaining since 5 days regularly they say wifi is working we can see, but there are no engineers coming for checking the wires n all. Pathetic services they provide. Homebet has been behaving pathetic with their Wifi service..Their is no intermet since a month atleast..I agree there were heavy rains, lightning etc 3 weeks before..but still the network has not been started..I feel they are ignoring us and are definitely not worth of the value paid..Please some strict action against them!...
