[Resolved] Home Shop 18 — Fake and Defactive Product Sold | |||
To Mr. Sundeep Malhotra, CEO, HomeShop 18, This is regarding my order no[protected]. Sub order no.[protected] I have received and suffered worst kind of Mobile Handset, I received it on 15/12/2014 start it and after two hours it will be turn off. I complain about the product on 16/12/2014 with comp. no. [protected], and return/replace/refund the product on 19/12/2014 with DOA issued by micromax service centre, but till now not any action taken by your team regarding solving my matter, please look at my matter as soon as possible.
