[Resolved] Home Shop18 — Return and refund policy | |
I had ordered 8 pieces of pakistani styled suit pieces by zoha on
november 17 and recieved on 21 nov. The quality of cloth was very poor
so i complaint to them and on 22nov sent the suit pieces by speed post
at their given address of faridabad and intimated them but on nov. 28
i got back this packet on which it was written that they refused to
accept the packet.Till today i have made more then 30 calls to them
for refund but they always told me that they will call me back and
will refund my amount but i am fed up and don't know how and when i
will get my money back.They haven't made me a single call back and
always tell me that u will get call from us within 24 hours.it's
almost 45 days.Now again I have sent my suit peices through speed post to
them yesterday.5th january with scanned copy of speed post 270 rs each.My order no. was
[protected] and suborder no. was 92893373

Yes, You are right .They will not take any action and will tell senior person will call back 24-48hours but they never call back. They are cheating the customer. Their customer service is EVER WORST.
