I had purchased cot and bed at life style, Visakhapatnam in august 2018 brand as home centre for Rs around 45000/-. After a span of 20 days they had delivered damaged part, by assuring to replace with in 3 weeks. Despite my repeated telephonic calls to their executives and mails to home centre, they have not responded so far.
I have received mail from home centre on 24.09.2018 assuring to replace shortly, last such mail I received on 08.10.2018 .
Though I had mailed them for suing the matter to Consumer Forum for refund the amount for poor service and poor response. Was this information helpful? |
