Bought a sofa set under exchange scheme from home centre, seawoods, invoice no [protected]. After twice delivering a damaged set got the sofa set delivered 15 days late. Last 15 days now frantically following up for collecting my old sofa. Call center no absolutely unresponsive and callous..
