[Resolved] Homeshop 18 — product ordered and received different | |||
This is really unexpected from a company like Homeshop18. I ordered for 5 Tasser Art Silk Sarees by ZOHA on 22.03.2014(product code[protected].To my utter surprise I received a totally different product (product code[protected], suborder no[protected] from the product that I have ordered. So I send back the product through First flight courier(CN no-MU0916023) on 31.03.2014 for replacement on complaint no[protected]. I talked to the customer care and they assured me that the product will be replaced and sent to my address within a week and the money towards courier charge will be refunded soon. But till today neither i have received my product nor the money towards courier charge. I am really fed up with all these things and feel like cheated. I just want to raise a complaint against Homeshop18 for the same. I hope Homeshop 18 will look into this matter and take quick action. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have complained against homeshop 18 on 15.04.2014 regarding the replacement of my product and refunding of my money towards courrier charges. But till today there is no response from your side. please look into this matter and prove me the sarees as per my order.
I hope to upheld the name and fame of your organisation my request will receive your due consideration.
