[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Advance payment and product not delivered | |||
I ordered Proline Men's Track Pants - Grey-32 from Homeshop18 on 13th dec[protected] and pay them in advance through internet Banking, order was shipped on 14 dec 2014.After one week when I didn't get Product, tried to track the shipment and found that product was miss routed (As Mentioned on DOTZOT site).After two days I got a call from Homeshop18 Representative asking me about delivery of product.When I replied him about no Delivery of product and status update on DOTZOT site he ensure about product Delivery within 5 days.On 07 January product shown in delivered status on Homeshop18 site, but still I didn’t get product. Now I want my money back as Product delivery is 2 months delayed but they are not returning my money stating “We had shipped your order, if you don’t want that than reject, than only after that we can return your money”. They are saying this from last 20 days but still no courier representative contacted me neither I got my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||

Money returned by Homeshop18, thanks to consumer complaints without their support I will never got my money back.Guys please don't shop from such fraud sites like homeshop18. | |||
