Homeshop18 — cheating by suppling a defective phone | |||
I ordered a Micromax Canvas 5.3inch(13.4cm) GSM + CDMA Android Phablet - DUET II I (Seller: Tarash Overseas Pvt.Ltd.) order no.[protected] placed with you dated 31st January 2015 delivered on 3rd February 2015.The phone works with GSM sim but does not work with CDMA sim. I thought there may be a problem with the sim or the signal from tower since it is an old sim and trying to get a new sim.. Next week after fixing the new sin also it did not work. Then I approached the micromax servce center to check.they told one of the three pins in the CDMA sim tray is broken and said this will not cover warrantee and ask 8000 rupees for service. then only i realised that Ihave been cheated. whine checking with the order it was shocking to note the seller had cleverly given only 48 hours for replacement. please tell me what should i do now.
