I, Mrs.Sunita Prakash Vishwe, having seen an advertisement on TV had booked on 24 Nov 2014 - Order No.[protected] Product Code[protected] Exclusive collection of six designer printed sarees (Seller Oxizn Trading Pvt Ltd) with option of Cash on Delivery. The product was delivered on 28 Nov 2014. On opening the package - it was seen that the sarees which had been ordered were not the ones which were delivered. I sent two mails from my husband's mail ID on 28 Nov and again on 01 Dec 2014 ( Refer to request No.#704678 dated 28 Nov and #707718 dated 01 Dec 2014 respectively). I also called the Customer Care and received a SMS - which asked me to mention my mobile number and sub order No. 93506669 on the package and courier the same to - Oxizn Trading Pvt Ltd, Plot No.34, Pragati Vihar, Sector 59, Faridabad-121002, Haryana. I accordingly couriered the same through Speed Post No. EM[protected]IN on 05 Dec 2014. I incurred an expenditure of Rs.270/- on the same. I received the package back on 12 Dec 2014 with remark - " Lene se inkar kar diya". When I tracked the package - I saw the remark - 09 Dec 2014 - 13:00:00 Ballabhgarh S.O. - "Delivery Attempted - Refused". I have not received the correct product in spite of the Cash paid on Delivery. Also in spite of following the instructions and sending the package back to the originator - they have refused to accept the package back and rectify the mistake done. You are requested to ask the company to refund my entire amount including the courier charges and take strict action against the defaulters so that no other consumer is deceived in this manner in future. However I cannot keep sending the package again and again. What guarantee do I have that you will now accept the product this time. I now cannot incur further loss by wasting money on the courier charges.
Refund me the entire amount including the courier charges and arrange to get the product collected.
