[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — delay delivery

Dear Sir, I purchased following two products from homeshop18 but still the date i am not received the delivery. Kindly update the same. Order Detil, 1. Order No :[protected] Dt:27 oct-14. 2. Order No :[protected] Dt:29 oct-14. Today morning i call to this number([protected]-NOIDA) for status update but didnt get positive update, then after i serach Noida office contact detail on net and call to Mr.Ranvir on[protected] this number he told me due lots of order and man power shortage they are not able to deliver the product on time, he also told me to contact him in between 3-4 O clock for final update. I purchased the things for some special occassion but i think due to very poooooooooooooooor service i didnt get the things on time. Now i felt guilty why i m purchased the things from Homeshop18?????????, and done advanced payment in advance????. Kindly update the status as soon as possible. Call on my mobil for status update.
