Sir, It is very Upset and surprised sad for me I received a Faulty mobile micromax canvass duet 2 received on 9/7/2015- 4.30 pm.Order No.[protected] I just operate mobile then it is automatic shut down and start again and again.I also done complain[protected].30 p.m. to home shop 18 customer care by phone.many times informed to customer care but not satisfactory solution.I am also an employee in wires and fabriks Ltd.Jaipur. So I have no time for go again and again service center for repair it. So please Replace this new faulty mobile to another new set. I am very anaxious and depressed.Please help me soon.
