Order no.:[protected] Payment option: Debit Card Amount Paid:1745.00 I ordered a fastrack's wrist watch on 10 november 2014. I called for cancellation on 25 nov 2014 because it was not delivered yet although it's expected date of delivery was around18 nov. 2014. From then on I have been calling and calling for my refund. Each person says each time: "I am forwarding your request on priority basis to my senior. Please wait for 24-48 hours. It will be done." I have waited patiently and called again many times as quoted by homeshop18 customer care databse itself: Date: complaint no. : reason of call 25 nov:[protected]: to cancel order 9 dec:[protected]: complaint no. updated 10 dec:[protected]: call for refund after that i have call on 14th dec they have reply me same to wait for 24 to 48 hours for refund. I want homeshop to check call recording and verify since my call was for REFUND only and nothing else. I want clarification here. Each time they said the same thing so I asked on 14 dec the customer care person to transfer my call to a senior before I have to take some other action. He transferred my call, who assured me that I will get my money by at most the next day. Yet I haven't received my refund as on 16 dec 2014. I called them today and the guy again said I will forward complaint and please wait for two more days, but I am done waiting. Was this information helpful? | |||

We have ordered SUPER COMBO-7 SUIT MATERIAL BY AANYA(order no.[protected] from the website.On receiving the product on[protected] found all suit materials are changed. Since then whenever we call the customer care they said that your product has already returned but its not. i want to return the product and want my money (Rs2999/-) back.i'll never shop with the cheaters again.
