[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Harassing the customers by not refunding of the courier charges of defecting products | |||||
HomeShop18 online shopping portal is causing a lot of harassment to the customers by selling defective products and maintain a very low standards in their packaging and shipping. They charge the customers the shipping charges for the ordered products. However, they do not pick up the defective products sent by themselves. The customers have to bear the pain of sending them back the products. And they do not fully refund the shipping charges borne by the customers. They make fake promises about the refund of the shipping charges and spend months in solving the cases. HomeShop18 is worst in its service and quality and their terms and conditions. HomeShop18 team commits over the phone about the full refund of the courier charges but they never fulfill. I think there are better portals like ShopCj.com, Amazon.in, etc who have very high standards of shipping and packaging. They refund/replace without asking any questions. They do not harass the customers by asking them to re-send back the defective products. Instead they pick them up and refund/replace very quickly.
