[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Homeshop18 - Suborder num#83999691: Return refund not processed in 3 months!! | |||
I bought 2 topsheets from homeshop18 in August. Quality of those bedsheets was terrible so I decided to return the product. To my surprise, they asked me to courier the bedsheets back to their vendor address and promised to refund me the courier charges.I sent the product back by Indian postal code and it came back to me within a week. Then they told me to write suborder number on the top and resend the product back to them. I did that and the product again came back to me (No reason was mentioned anywhere on the envelope for its return). Now, without any shame they ask me to send the product again to them at a new address. I warned them that this will be last time I am sending and I couriered those bedsheets again to them. And now, they say they have not yet received the bedsheets and they have no clue on my refund for courier charges and bedsheet price. This is such a pathetic site and worst customer care I have ever dealt with. Every customer care person responds differently to same question. This site has no right to exist and frustrate their customers with such attitude. I wish I could escalate this issue which has almost extended to 6 months and still no solution is in sight.
