I mrs.asha mahajan, have filed a complaint regarding suryaflame designer cookstops-3 burner -sparkle. I had ordered it on 14th of September, The burner was dispatched by the vendor on 20th of September.on the same date, I filed the complaint regarding the defect in the product.it was not furnished as well as it has a crack on the side of the glass top. So I just need a replacement. I have send the product through DTDC courier as your team had told me.. But I am facing problem regarding it The vendor is not accepting the product and is demanding open delivery of the product which is against the policy of courier company So, itz my humble reqest you kindly look into this matter...or contact the vendor regarding acceptance of the same... it is wasting my time, energy as well as my money.hundred times I have called but homeshop 18 executives they just tell me that they will contact in 24hours this and they give hundred of reasons...please help me And it about to be a month now...and homeshop18 executives are not managing to help Customers like us I kindly request you tto look into the matter as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
