Homeshop18 — Irresponsible customer care when asked fir refund of my product | |||
This is with respect to order no[protected].in the month of April I purchased a XOLO mobile from homeshop18.As I had problem with phone I took it to authorised service center for replacement. they issued me DOA letter for replacement.I called homeshop18 for replacement .they asked me to send that DOA letter first after confirmation they will replace.but they took nearly 30 days for taking back my mobile. I asked them for refund so they assured me that they would give me refund cheque.its already 20 days past I ve not received any cheque .my mobile, money is with them only .if I call the customer care n ask for refund cheque, those customer care executive name deepika is speaking irresponsibly. they r playing with customers money.I would suggest don't ever purchase any product from here, as they are not customer friendly.before purchasing they will give so many mails n messages of the order but once i[censored] face any problem after sale they won't give any response.its already more than a month I m not having mobile n also the money .everything is with them only .I would wish to make this a big issue.they r playing with customers.
