I have placed order for subject product with Homeshop18 on 6/Apr/2014. I recieved the product on 8/Apr/14. Buyer Order#[protected], invoice dated 6/Apr/2014. The major problem with the product is battery is not charging!!! When I tried to lofge complaint online through Homeshop18 customer care number, it was great mess! Those people on the other end are simply dumb and ! They are listening to me and keep repeating same word in hindi "What Orde I can place for you"...when ever I say I need to lodge complaint deffective product, they use to tell "Sorry we cannot hear you, we are disconnecting the phone"!! It is so frustrating. When I been to Micromax service center here in Bangalore, Richmond circle (M/s Care point) they simply denied to accept for replacement/ repair as it is through Hoemshop18. They said they can do DOA, and give it to which I need to send it back to Homeshop18!!! Where I need to send it? I am totally upset with Homeshop18 and their DUMB CUSTOMER CARE CENTER!!! I will take serious steps against Homeshop18 and Micromax if they do not respond to me immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
