Homeshop18 — MY hand set MICROMAX CANVAS WIN121 did not accept warranty period in micromax service centre.

I have purchase one handset online from home shop18.In that handset there are some problem within one year.When i goes to the service centre of micromax My handset purchase date is 21.07.2015 in original bill.But they did not accept in warranty period due not mantioned handset activation date in his system.So please solve my problem.
For this kindact i shall be obliged with you.
