Homeshop18 — No service given at the service center. mobile not working so want to return

dear sir/madam, I have purchased adcom mobileA430 IPS wide inv no DEL/082014/21401dated 20/8/2014. My newly purchased mobile is comletely dead [not working]. so i went to the service provider as per the list provided on the website at wintech services belgaum. But to my surprise they did not even take the mobile in hand and see. they are saying we are no way concerned .any one can put anyone s name on website, we have not put so you better talk your company. After that i contacted your toll free No but they only recorded the complaint there is no action taken. I am facing lot of difficulties so i want to return the product [adcom mobile] and want to purchase micromax or karbon mobile from you. This is the worst experience i am getting from you. Please inform what i should do at the earliest or may be i should have to approach the consumer forum for the same. Awaiting for your positive reply. Regards shekhar [protected]
