Sir I have booked one spice smart watch phone, order no.[protected]. The item was dispatched through DOTZOT courier, AWB no.[protected] on 26 Jul 14 as informed by you through SMS. However I have not received the item till date despite have passed almost 10 days. The customer support and delivery support is not appreciated . The poor customer support of your reputed company is not at all excepted. Now I do not want the product any more and please refund the money earliest. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
