Sir I have booked one spice smart watch phone, order no.[protected]. The item was dispatched through DOTZOT courier, AWB no.[protected] on 26 Jul 14 as informed by you through SMS. However I have not received the item till date despite have passed almost 10 days. The customer support and delivery support is not appreciated .
