[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Not refunding the courier amount | |||||
Sir on 09 Aug i order a product order no[protected] magic mop combo from homeshop18 which was delivered to me as defective, which i returned it back to homeshop18 via professional courier who charged me 720/- rs which homeshop18 is denying to give me. first they deny to pick the defective item which was delivered to me and now they says they will not pay the amount which i paid on sending the product back to them. sir i m in totally loss.
